Return or exchange procedure:

  1. You have 14 days to return the item, but please remember that pillows and duvets are considered close-contact products, so we do not accept used items. Used items may have extraneous odors (from perfumes, body creams, pillowcases, etc.), discoloration, stains, or other characteristics that prevent their resale.
  2. Duvets and pillows should be packed in the same box in which they were delivered and carefully secured with tape to prevent damage (if the box is damaged, purchase a box of the same size to prevent damage to the duvets and pillows).
  3. We do not refund shipping costs to our company.
  4. Please include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and a written return form with your package (click and download).
  5. Please do not send parcels cash on delivery, as we do not accept such shipments.
  6. After sending the shipment, please provide the waybill number and the name of the carrier.
  7. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return. In the case of an exchange, the difference in price covers shipping costs, and we will refund any excess. Please note that if payment was made via express payment, the refund will be processed through the same channel.

  • RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller via the Store, subject to § 8 of the Regulations, within 14 days without giving any reason.
  2. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the date of:
    1. On which the Consumer came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer came into possession of the goods.
    2. On which the Consumer came into possession of the last item or on which a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer, came into possession of the last item in the case of a contract requiring the transfer of ownership of multiple items that are delivered separately.
  3. In order for the Consumer to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, he or she must inform the Seller, using the data provided in § 2 of the Regulations, of his or her decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or information sent by e-mail).
  4. The consumer may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of the Regulations, but this is not obligatory.
  5. In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send information concerning the exercise of his right to withdraw from the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal deadline.
  • EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
  1. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the sales contract is deemed null and void, and the Customer is released from all obligations. Whatever the Parties have provided must be returned in its original condition. The subject of the contract must be free from defects and signs of use, including foreign odors, dirt, etc.
  2. In the event of withdrawal from the concluded contract, the Seller shall return to the Consumer all payments received from him, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the Consumer's choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller was informed of the Consumer's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
  3. The Seller will refund the payment using the same payment methods that were used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer agrees to a different solution; in any case, the Consumer will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.
  4. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until receipt of the goods or until proof of their return is provided, whichever occurs first.
  5. The Seller requests that the goods be returned to the following address: Chociejów 9, 66-620 Gubin immediately, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which the Consumer informed the Seller of their withdrawal from the sales contract. The deadline is met if the Consumer sends the goods back before the expiry of the 14-day period.
  6. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
  7. The goods should be returned in the original packaging they were delivered in. If the packaging is damaged, the Consumer agrees to purchase new packaging of the same dimensions.
  8. If the goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned by standard post, the Consumer will also be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. The Seller will inform the Consumer about the estimated amount of these costs in the product description in the Store or when placing the order.
  • EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
  1. The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the Consumer in relation to a contract:
    1. Where the subject of the provision is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Consumer’s specifications or intended to meet his individual needs.
    2. Where the subject of the service is an item that spoils quickly or has a short shelf life.
    3. Where the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package which cannot be returned after opening the package for health protection or hygiene reasons if the package was opened after delivery.
    4. Where the subject of the performance are things which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things.
  • COMPLAINTS
  1. The warranty period is 2 years and is counted from the date the Consumer receives the product.
  2. We consider the guarantee on the basis of warranty.
  3. In the event of a defect in the goods, the Buyer has the right to make a complaint about the defective goods on the basis of the warranty or guarantee regulated in the Civil Code.
  4. The guarantee or warranty covers only hidden defects caused by the manufacturer's fault.
  5. The right to a guarantee or warranty does not apply to goods purchased with incorrect specifications selected by the Buyer (incorrectly selected batch weight or size). In such a case, the right to withdraw from the contract, as specified in §7 of the Regulations, applies.
  6. When using the warranty, the Buyer may, under the terms and within the time limits specified in the Civil Code:
    1. Submit a price reduction declaration
    2. In the case of a significant defect - submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract
    3. Request the exchange of the item for one free from defects
    4. Request removal of the defect
  7. The Seller requests that complaints under the warranty be submitted to the postal or e-mail address indicated in § 2 of the Regulations.
  8. If it turns out that in order to consider the complaint it is necessary to deliver the complained goods to the Seller, the Buyer is obliged to deliver these goods to the address Chociejów 9, 66-620 Gubin.
  9. Complaints regarding the operation of the Store should be sent to the e-mail address indicated in § 2 of the Regulations.
  10. The complaint will be considered by the Seller within 14 days.

    OUT-OF-COURT METHODS OF SETTLING COMPLAINTS AND SEEKING CLAIMS
  11. If the complaint procedure does not bring the result expected by the Consumer, the Consumer may use, among others:
    1. Mediation is conducted by the relevant Provincial Trade Inspectorate, to which a request for mediation should be submitted. As a rule, the proceedings are free of charge. A list of Inspectorates can be found here: https://www.uokik.gov.pl/wazne_adresy.php#faq595.
    2. Assistance from the locally competent permanent consumer arbitration court operating at the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection, to which an application for consideration of the case before the arbitration court should be submitted.     3. Free assistance from the municipal or district consumer ombudsman.
