Return or exchange procedure:

We do not accept used duvets and pillows (the statutory 14-day return period applies only to unused goods). If the products have foreign odors or discoloration, the goods are sent back to the customer at their expense.
Duvets and pillows should be packed in the same box in which they were delivered and carefully secured with tape to prevent damage (if the box is damaged, purchase a box of the same size to prevent damage to the duvets and pillows).
We do not refund shipping costs to our company.
Please include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and a written statement regarding the return with your package. (click and download)
Please do not send parcels cash on delivery as we do not accept such shipments.
After sending the shipment, please provide the waybill number and the name of the carrier.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return. In the case of an exchange, the difference in price covers the shipping costs, we will refund the surplus. Note! If the payment was made via so-called fast payments, the refund will be made via the same channel.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller via the Store, subject to § 8 of the Regulations, within 14 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the date:
1. On which the Consumer came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer came into possession of the goods.
2. On which the Consumer came into possession of the last item or on which a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer, came into possession of the last item in the case of a contract requiring the transfer of ownership of multiple items that are delivered separately.
In order for the Consumer to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, he or she must inform the Seller, using the data provided in § 2 of the Regulations, of his or her decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or information sent by e-mail).
The consumer may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of the Regulations, but this is not obligatory.
In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send information concerning the exercise of his right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Sales Agreement is considered not to have been concluded and the Customer is released from any obligations. What the Parties have provided is returned in an unchanged state, the subject of the contract cannot have defects or traces of use, including foreign odors, dirt, etc.
In the event of withdrawal from the concluded contract, the Seller shall return to the Consumer all payments received from him, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the Consumer other than the cheapest standard method of delivery offered by the Seller), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller was informed of the Consumer's decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract.
The Seller will refund the payment using the same payment methods that were used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer agrees to a different solution; in each case, the Consumer will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.
The Seller may withhold reimbursement until receiving the goods or until proof of their return is provided, depending on which event occurs first.
The Seller requests that the goods be returned to the following address: Chociejów 9, 66-620 Gubin immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the Consumer informed the Seller of the withdrawal from the sales contract. The deadline is met if the Consumer sends the goods back before the expiry of the 14-day period.
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
The product should be returned in the original packaging it was delivered in. If the packaging has been destroyed, the Consumer undertakes to purchase new packaging of the same dimensions.
If the goods cannot be returned by regular post due to their nature, the Consumer will also have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The Consumer will be informed about the estimated amount of these costs by the Seller in the description of the goods in the Store or when placing the order.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the Consumer in relation to a contract:
1. Where the subject of the provision is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Consumer’s specifications or intended to meet their individual needs.
2. Where the subject of the service is an item that spoils quickly or has a short shelf life.
3. Where the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery.
4. Where the subject of the provision are things that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things.

COMPLAINTS

In the event of a defect in the goods, the Buyer has the option of filing a complaint about the defective goods on the basis of the warranty or guarantee regulated in the Civil Code, provided that a guarantee has been granted.
The warranty period is 14 days and is counted from the date of receipt of the product by the Consumer.
The guarantee or warranty covers only hidden defects resulting from the manufacturer's fault.
The right to a guarantee or warranty does not cover goods purchased with specifications incorrectly selected by the Buyer (incorrectly selected batch weight, size). In this case, the right to withdraw from the contract specified in §7 of the Regulations applies.
By making use of the warranty, the Buyer may, under the terms and within the time limits specified in the Civil Code:
1. Submit a price reduction declaration
2. In the event of a significant defect - submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract
3. Request the exchange of the item for a defect-free one
4. Request removal of the defect
The Seller requests that complaints under the warranty be submitted to the postal or e-mail address indicated in § 2 of the Regulations.
If it turns out that in order to consider the complaint it is necessary to deliver the complained goods to the Seller, the Buyer is obliged to deliver these goods to the address Chociejów 9, 66-620 Gubin.
Complaints regarding the operation of the Store should be sent to the e-mail address indicated in § 2 of the Regulations.
The complaint will be considered by the Seller within 14 days.

OUT-OF-COURT COMPLAINT AND CLAIM SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
If the complaint procedure does not bring the result expected by the Consumer, the Consumer may use, among others:
1. Mediation conducted by the relevant Voivodship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection, to which a request for mediation should be submitted. As a rule, the proceedings are free of charge. The list of Inspectorates can be found here: https://www.uokik.gov.pl/wazne_adresy.php#faq595.
2. Assistance from the competent permanent consumer arbitration court operating at the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection, to which an application for consideration of the case before the arbitration court should be filed. 3. Free assistance from the municipal or district Consumer Ombudsman.
